The only thing I can think of for the trunk is that the symbol for the Republican party is the elephant. And I noticed that to. Looks like someone's in deep and is trying to get out.

The pink elephant is a symbol of delirium tremens. Delirium Tremens is a state of mind caused by continuos and excesive alcohol drinking. People under this condition see hallunicinations. The weird thing about this hallucinations is that almost all of those people say that they saw a big black dog or a pink elephant.

It`s still a mistery why these people see black dogs and pink elephants. The thing about hallucinations is that they differ from person to person. For example, when consuming LSD some people hallucinate with colours and lights, others are able to hallucinate with more complex stuff (full figures, weird lifeforms, etc.) but it's always different from person to person.

Maybe liquor is being controlled somehow like flouride on tap water, this will explain why people hallucinate with these two creatures. This will also explain the little man in the bottle, he is trapped by an addictive and controlled substance. It is really strange that a liquor is still legal when it has been proved to be the cause of deaths and crime and a lighter more natural drug like marijuana is still stigmatized.

P.S. on a personal confession, there's a lot of drinking on my country, after two days of continous drinking i was sleeping trying to recover, I heard a noise that woke me up, I looked at my bedroom door and I saw a big black doberman in my bedroom door looking at me. I started to shout at him trying to scare him and make him go away, I blinked and he was gone. My father came rushing in, I explained to him about the dog and he told me that it was impossible because my back door had been closed since the night before. I had a delirium tremens episode

The can in the forefront (with the skull) could also represent Energy Drinks, that are being combined with alcohol to make it more palatable. Another way to induce dependency.

    Reported
Researchers in Australia have found that a growing number of people are reporting caffeine toxicity from energy drinks, especially teenagers. According to a study published in The Medical Journal of Australia, nearly 300 calls were made to the New South Wales poisons centre regarding adverse reactions to energy drinks between January 2004 and the end of 2010, with more than a third of people attending hospital.
AND - Teenagers were the most common age group affected, and energy drinks were often consumed with other stimulants, mainly alcohol.

The clear bottle with the blue labels in the back-right corner look like a petrol pump.
The label with the skull looks more like a 'Toxic Waste' symbol, which wouldn't surprise me if either petroleum or toxic waste was put into alcoholic drinks.
